Payments may be made through TOPS Pay (via your ComWeb portal online access) https://comwebportal.com/login or directly through the Association banking website: https://propertypay.cit.com. If you make a payment through the Association Banking Website, you will need the following information:
Management ID: 2149
Association ID: This is the four-digit alpha numeric code found on your statement
Account #: This is the nine-digit numeric number found on your statement
